Each of our products are handmade, colors and patterning may vary. Imperfections are to be expected and embraced. Making our products unique and one of a kind.
All sales are final, please read product descriptions and review product photos carefully. If we made a mistake with your order, please contact us email@example.com.
If you have any questions about any product in specific please contact us prior to placing your order.
If you are completely unsatisfied with the item you received, we can work with you on exchanging for a similar item in stock. Same exact item you ordered may no longer be available.
Huipils will generally ship within 1 business day from when order is received. We do not ship on holidays or weekends as the post office is closed.
If you need to place an order for rush shipment please select priority shipping at check out.
Shipping cost may vary by destination.
International customers are responsible for all custom paperwork or duty fees within their own countries. If you need us to make other accommodations, please leave a note at checkout or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
We offer Free Shipping to the USA on orders over $75.
Huipils is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you provided us with the wrong shipping address we are not liable to give you a refund or replacement of the product. For domestic orders, if you don’t receive your package when it says delivered please contact your local post office with the tracking number that you received when purchasing to further assist you.
